APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY You can either do online booking with us through our website www.rachelhairsalon.com, using the appointment icon on our social network platforms like Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.... to book an appointment(s). OR you can call us during our business hours to book your appointment(s). All clients who have an appointment with Rachel’s Hair Salon have to consent to receive SMS/Email from Rachel’s Hair Salon at the provided number/email, including messages/emails sent via an autodialed for appointment notifications, POS-related functions and marketing (for example: promotions, reminders, etc....). And please notice that message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of texts may vary. You and your appointments are valuable to our team here at Rachel's Hair Salon. We have a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all appointments; we ask that our clients please notify the salon within 24 hours of his/her appointment with any changes. This notification allows the salon to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment to become available. Clients that give less than 24-hour notice to cancel and/or reschedule his/her appointment might be charged. Clients that have no show or no call for his/her appointment might be charged 100% of the service booked before you're able to reschedule or book another appointment with Rachel’s Hair Salon. Changes can be made 24/7 @ Input new link of Nailsolution for appointment or call in (480) 525-4567 during our business hours. In scheduling and receiving services at Rachel's Hair Salon, our clients acknowledge that they are aware of the SMS/Email communication policy, cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies of Rachel's Hair Salon. We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary, and emergencies do happen, and we will do our best to work with our clients in those situations. III. REFUND POLICY All Services and Gift Certificates are NOT refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are not satisfied with a retail product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and the product is never opened, simply return to the salon for exchange or product credit. Thank you! IV. GIFT CARD POLICY All Gift Cards are valid forever. No refund or Exchange for cash. Gift Card(s) must be presented at time of service. V. JEWELRY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS Please carry your jewelry and your belongings with you at all times of service. We are not responsible for any of your loss. VI. KIDS Products used in the salon may NOT be safe for kids so please keep them away from touch or smell it. NO running around or disturbing other clients. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
